Once your order is placed, the order takes 1-2 business days to process. In addition to the processing time, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days and express shipping takes 3-5 business days. During sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch you may experience a 3-5 delay in receiving your order. We offer free size exchanges. A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. For returns, we offer store credit. The items must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for credit or exchange can be issued.
