WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Prefer Cash on Delivery (COD)? No worries, just pay a small COD handling fee of 151 at

checkout.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINE

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order

confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your

location.

During peak periods (sale events or new collection launches), please allow an

additional 3–5 business days for delivery.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via Email, SMS, or

WhatsApp. You can use this link to follow your shipment’s progress.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

To update your delivery address, please contact our customer care team before your order

is dispatched.

We will not be able to modify the address once the shipment has been handed over to theOUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item from your order is out of stock, we’ll ship the available products first.

The pending item(s) will be dispatched as soon as they are back in stock or provided store

credit against the same.

DELAYED DELIVERY

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeline, please contact our support team.

We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the delay at the earliest.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please raise a support request

within 24 hours of the delivery update. We will initiate an investigation and issue a

replacement or store credit depending on the details provided and proof of delivery

once the courier’s claim process is complete.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. We only offer free exchange and easy

returns.
